Springfield Chicken Daze

Springfield Chicken Daze 2025, held from May 30 to June 1 in Oakbank, Manitoba, is a fun, family-friendly festival. Highlights include a parade on May 31, the Royal Chickee Derby for kids, a midway with rides, and live music. The event also features a vendor village, a baseball tournament, and a community church service. Admission is free, with some activities requiring tickets or wristbands. Live music is free before 7:30 PM. After 7:30 it is ticketed.

Winnipeg Pride Festival 2025
Date: May 31 – June 1, 12 PM – 8 PM
Venue: The Forks, 1 Forks Market Rd.

The festival’s centerpiece is the Pride Festival at The Forks on May 31 and June 1, featuring live performances across three stages, including the Main Stage, Mamawi Stage, and Kids’ Stage, along with local artisans, food vendors, and a Queer Beer Tent for adults.

Winnipeg Pride Parade & Rally
Date: June 1, 10 AM – 12 PM
Venue: Starts at Manitoba Legislative Building

The Winnipeg Pride Parade and Rally on June 1, 2025, is the grand finale of the 10-day Pride Festival. The day starts with a rally at 10:00 a.m. at the Manitoba Legislative Building, followed by the vibrant parade at 11:00 a.m., which winds through downtown to The Forks. Expect colorful floats, live music, and a festive celebration, all in support of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. The event is free, welcoming everyone to join in the celebration of love, pride, and unity.

Manitoba Sports Hall Of Fame

Celebrate the history and achievements of sports in the province. It was established in 1980 and has inducted over 500 individuals and teams from various sports, such as hockey, curling, speed skating, basketball, and more.
