Immerse Yourself in Irish Culture at the Winnipeg St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2024!

Free to participate! Come out to join, we’ll depart to Parade at 10am, so be a little early to claim some decorations ♧ we’ll stroll the streets with music and end up back at the Irish Association to warm up, share stories, and purchase a classic Irish Breakfast! Feel free to bring a wagon or stroller, or well behaved pets! (but, pets are not allowed indoors) Slainte!

The Irish Association of Manitoba proudly presents the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2024 in Winnipeg. Get ready to immerse yourself in a sea of green as we celebrate the spirit of Ireland! Here’s what you can expect:
  1. Gathering at the Irish Association: Kick off the festivities at 654 Erin Street at 10:00 AM. Feel the camaraderie as fellow parade-goers come together to honor St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland.
  2. Walking South on Erin Street: The parade route takes us south on Erin Street, creating a vibrant procession of joyful participants. Let the rhythm of Irish tunes fill the air as we march toward our next destination.
  3. Turning West to Polo Park: As we reach Portage Avenue, the excitement builds. We’ll turn west, heading toward Polo Park
  4. Back to Irish Association of Manitoba. Once Polo Park is reached we head back east on Portage Ave. towards 654 Erin Street, where the celebration continues.
