- Culinary Basics: From meat and poultry to seafood, soups, sauces, and even baking, you’ll learn all the foundational skills needed to cook like a pro.
- Garde Manger & More: You’ll also get into garde manger (fancy for cold food prep), cost control, menu planning, inventory management, and a whole bunch of other useful skills.
