Carol Cassell started this incredible project back in 2015 with a Halloween decorations map for Transcona. It was such a hit that she decided to spread even more joy with a Christmas version. Fast forward to 2020, when the pandemic inspired her to go city-wide, giving families a safe and magical way to celebrate. Thank you, Carol—you’re basically Winnipeg’s Santa! 🎅❤️
