NAV CANADA, the country’s civil air navigation services provider, is currently hiring air traffic controllers and flight service specialists across Canada. The company offers paid training for these positions, with no prior experience required. After completing the program, annual salaries can be over $100,000

Air traffic controllers and flight service specialists play a critical role in ensuring the safety of air travel. They are responsible for directing the movement of aircraft in the sky and on the ground, providing pilots with essential information, and ensuring that all flights are operating safely and efficiently.

NAV CANADA’s training programs are designed to provide candidates with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in these roles. The programs involve a combination of classroom instruction, simulator training, and on-the-job learning. Students are paid a training salary ($52,104-$54,532) until qualification, and work with some of the world’s best instructors.
