SEED Winnipeg is a non-profit that helps people increase their economic potential. The Immigrant BEST Program helps you start your own enterprise in three phases: training and support, pre-launch, and launch and aftercare. You will learn how to assess your idea, make a business plan, get financing, launch your enterprise, and receive ongoing support.

- Be a newcomer or immigrant living in Manitoba
- Have a low income (based on household size and income)
- Have a business idea or an existing business that you want to improve
- Commit to the program requirements and attend all sessions
