On it’s Facebook page, Manyfest has announced the cancellation of their event for this year
The 2021 Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries ManyFest, scheduled to take place from Sept. 10-12 at Memorial Blvd. and Broadway, has been cancelled. Tight timing around confirmation of COVID restrictions and logistical challenges made it difficult to properly plan an event of this size.
This was a difficult decision and while ManyFest wonβt be held this year, there are events happening downtown like the Burt Block Parties, the Downtown Sounds Concert Series, Unite 150 and the Downtown Farmersβ Market. These events give Winnipeggers a chance to enjoy downtown and connect with friends and family safely!
ManyFest is Winnipegβs largest outdoor festival, attracting more than 70,000 people in 2019. It included Food Truck Wars, THIRD + BIRD MARKET, the MiniFest Family Zone which had great activities and adventures for families, and musical performances and entertainment.
