Through community-led programs, events, and partnerships, Chalmers Neighbourhood Renewal works to build safer, healthier, and more connected communities.
By hosting Elmwood Winter Fun Day, Chalmers Neighbourhood Renewal brings residents together for a free, family-friendly winter celebration that encourages outdoor activity, community connection, and neighbourhood pride.
