The African Movie Festival in Manitoba and Africanad are hosting this year’s Movie in the Park on June 30th at Ron Duhamel Park in Sage Creek. The event will feature screenings of the award-winning short film “Boxed” and the animated film “Liyana.” There will also be live music by O.D.U.N and Casemiro Nhussi of NAfro Dance Productions. Attendees should bring their own chairs and are encouraged to bring friends and family for an evening under the stars.
