PEOPLE OF THE RED RIVER runs from 11am-2pm, and features our friends from Manitoba Living History Society – MLHS . Costumed interpreters will transform the Rectory into an 1800s settlement, and you can expect to grind grain, hear a few Red River folk tunes and dances, and mingle with the homesteaders. With FREE bannock and a free kids activity station, this is a family event that you don't want to miss!
Canada Day At Stonewall Quarry Park

30 minute drive from Winnipeg. Start the day with some face painting, crafts, and a scavenger hunt then head to the Kinsmen Lake for a sandcastle contest. Cool off with some water games on the Heritage Arts Centre Lawn. End the day with a spectacular fireworks.

In the evening, enjoy a performance by the Country Pride Band, Teulon Veselka Ukrainian Dancers, GAAC Spring Dancers, Metis Dancers, Arthur Holroyd, and more! There will also be a silent auction, 50/50 draw, Lions Club canteen, farmer's market, perogy supper, and Teulon & District Museum open.
The event is alcohol free and tickets for the perogy supper are $10 each.
