Ages 10 and up: Poomsae only
Ages 5–7: Sparring only

PCCM, 737 Keewatin Street, with sessions for various age groups:

5:00 PM: 3 & 4-year-olds
5:30 PM: 5 & 6-year-olds
6:20 PM: 7 & 8-year-olds
7:30 PM: 10 and up
