Ka Ni Kanichihk is hosting its Community Solstice Dinner and invites everyone to join in the celebration!

On Thursday, December 19, the event will take place at 34 Higgins Avenue, where a community feast will be held.

This year, there will be two seating times to accommodate more community members. Attendees are encouraged to come at either time:

10:30 AM – Lighting of the Sacred Fire, with tobacco ties provided.
11:00 AM – Pipe Ceremony begins, followed by the first seating for the feast at noon.
12:00 PM to 2:00 PM – First seating for the community feast.
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Second seating for the community feast.

Gifts for small children will also be available. This is a wonderful opportunity to gather and share in the spirit of the community before the holiday season.

The event is a proud tradition, and all are welcomed to attend!
