Don’t miss First Fridays at The Manitoba Museum, a vibrant cultural evening happening on Friday, July 5 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm! This monthly event offers free admission to all three of the museum’s main attractions: the Museum Galleries, Planetarium, and Science Gallery.

Immerse Yourself in History and Community

This month’s First Fridays at The Manitoba Museum highlights the special exhibition Manidoo Miinniigooizowin, A Gift from the Creator featuring objects representing the 34 Southern Chiefs’ Organization member Nations, this exhibition is a celebration of the past, present, and future. The objects on display exemplify the beauty and resilience of the Anishinaabe and Dakota peoples and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Southern Chiefs’ Organization.

Relax and Learn at the Winnipeg Gallery Theatre

Head to the Winnipeg Gallery Theatre at First Fridays at The Manitoba Museum to settle in for a screening of the Rainbow Resource Centre’s 50th Anniversary Documentary, playing continuously throughout the evening alongside the Winnipeg Timeline Film.
