Encanto, Disney’s magical film about the extraordinary Madrigal Family, transports audiences to a beautiful Colombian village and celebrates the power of family and heartwarming music. Bring a picnic blanket and sing along to this 2021 blockbuster’s hits like “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” and “The Family Madrigal”.
Wonka, the 2023 prequel to the classic “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”, takes viewers back to the origins of the famous chocolatier. Discover young Willy Wonka’s early days and his dream of opening his own chocolate shop.
A VIP Seating Contest is underway on Downtown Winnipeg BIZ’s Instagram page. Participants can enter for a chance to win prime viewing spots for their family, ensuring a perfect view of the big screen. To add an extra layer of fun and creativity, attendees are encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters.

The Winnipeg Police Museum offers free admission and features artifacts dating back to the late 1800s, vintage vehicles and motorcycles, and stories highlighting the history and service of the Winnipeg Police Service, located at 245 Smith Street and open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
WAG Wednesday Nights offers free admission every Wednesday evening from 5:00–9:00 PM at WAG-Qaumajuq, starting January 2026, with live music, interactive activities, and rotating cultural programming in the heart of downtown Winnipeg.
