Hear from experts on heart-healthy living for women and their families. Sessions are 15–20 minutes each with opportunity to ask questions.
Kids Heart Hub
Fun interactive games for kids. Pick up the Happy Heart activity book to take home.
CPR & AED In Action
St. John Ambulance is hosting CPR training and demonstrations of AED.
Firetruck & Ambulance Parade & Visit
Parade out front of the Wellness Institute at approximately 1:45 PM. Visits available for 30 minutes after the parade.
