Empowerment begins with self-defence!  Join us for our Indigenous Women and Girls Self Defence Program and learn invaluable skills to protect yourself and your loved ones.

These free self-defence training sessions will be taking place every Wednesday starting February 14, 2024 from 5:30PM-6:45PM at Dave’s Gym in Winnipeg.
