RULES:
1. The child has to be in attendance
2. The child has to like the bike (not the parent's choice)
3. The child has to fit the bike (W.R.E.N.C.H. staff are the ultimate decider)
4. A first come first serve method
5. Children are also fitted for a helmet as well to go with their new bike
Also!
Minor bike repairs for folks who already have bikes but need adjustments like: adjust brakes, fix flat tires, etc.
