St. Vital Centre's Kids Club Presents: Spring Break Fun!

Families can look forward to a week of FREE family-friendly events during Spring Break at St. Vital Centre. The Kids Club has organized a fun-filled lineup full of adventure, learning, and engaging activities for children of all ages. It's a great opportunity to make some special memories over the break.

🧪 Let's Talk Science
The University of Manitoba’s Let's Talk Science team will be on-site offering hands-on, minds-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities. Children can explore their curiosity and learn through interactive experiments and exciting challenges. The event will take place next to the Play Park, across from Ardene. Click save

🕷️ Spidey Gang Meet & Greet
Young superhero fans can swing into action with the Spidey Gang! There will be opportunities to meet favourite characters, take photos, and even try out some superhero moves during this interactive session. The action happens in Centre Court.

🦕 DinoMite Adventures
Take a step back in time to the dinosaur era! Centre Court will become a prehistoric wonderland with Dinosaur-Themed Mini Golf and a Fossil Tent where kids can uncover ancient secrets and dig for treasures.
Kids Club Exclusive Perks!
The Kids Club team will be on-site throughout the week with special Kids Club-only contests and activities. Those who aren’t Kids Club Members yet are encouraged to register and enjoy all the exclusive perks.
No Registration Required – First Come, First Served!
All events are free and open to the public. No registration is necessary, but space is limited—early arrival is recommended to secure a spot.

Cabin Fever: Free Films for Kids! returns this winter with free Sunday screenings at the David Barber Cinematheque. Families can enjoy beloved classics and animated favourites from January 4 to February 22.
Learn to Winter at The Forks runs every weekend from January to February with free activities celebrating Winnipeg’s winter spirit. Enjoy DJs on Ice, skating lessons, storytelling, wellness classes, and more at locations throughout The Forks, weather permitting.
The Roblin Park Winter Carnival is expected to return January 19–25, 2026 with a week of family-friendly winter activities, based on programming from past years, with full details still to be officially confirmed.
The Winnipeg Police Museum offers free admission and features artifacts dating back to the late 1800s, vintage vehicles and motorcycles, and stories highlighting the history and service of the Winnipeg Police Service, located at 245 Smith Street and open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
WAG Wednesday Nights offers free admission every Wednesday evening from 5:00–9:00 PM at WAG-Qaumajuq, starting January 2026, with live music, interactive activities, and rotating cultural programming in the heart of downtown Winnipeg.
