Experience Many Nations, One Heartbeat, a free, week-long celebration of Indigenous culture from June 23 to 30, 2025, at The Forks in Winnipeg. Curated by Kíwétinohk Consulting Firm, the event bridges National Indigenous Peoples Day and Canada Day with daily programming that honours Treaty Nations through film, art, music, sport, and storytelling. Each day highlights a different Treaty territory with events hosted by Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and performers. Bring the family and enjoy a vibrant, educational, and inspiring cultural gathering at one of Winnipeg’s most iconic locations.

On June 26, the festival opens with a special kickoff event. June 27 includes a celebration at Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre. June 28–29 bring block parties, vendor markets, and nonstop entertainment. Summer Slam 2025

Venue: The Forks National Historic Site, 1 Forks Market Road, Winnipeg

Summer Slam 2025 takes over The Forks for three action-packed days of basketball, music, and community spirit. The event features the 3×3 U23 Canada Hoops Manitoba Qualifier, where elite men’s and women’s teams compete for a shot at the nationals in Toronto and a share of $8,000 in prizes. There’s also a community 3×3 tournament for all ages, including wheelchair and masters divisions, plus the return of the 1v1 Continuous Tournament. Attendees can enjoy dunk contests, shoot-outs, live DJ sets, and more. It’s a must-attend summer celebration in one of Winnipeg’s most iconic spaces.

Celebrate Elmwood

Osborne the Music Fest

Osborne the Music Fest is a free, two-day multicultural music and arts festival happening June 27 and 28, 2025, in Osborne Village. Celebrate Canadian Multiculturalism Day with over 30 live performances across six venues, including ANAF Club 60, The Toad, and Small Mercies Courtyard. Enjoy diverse music, interactive art installations, and vibrant community vibes. The lineup features artists like Kimmortal, Dirty Catfish Brass Band, and Live Band Karaoke.
