Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or someone who dreams of pursuing a career in the culinary industry, this program is designed to unleash your potential and ignite your love for the culinary arts.
Participants of the program are exposed to a well-rounded curriculum that combines essential theoretical knowledge with valuable hands-on experience. From mastering culinary techniques to understanding food safety and menu planning, students develop practical skills applicable both in their personal kitchens and future careers.
The R. B. Russell HS Culinary Arts Adult Program places significant emphasis on hands-on training. Engaging cooking demonstrations, interactive workshops, and collaborative projects ensure that students actively apply their newfound knowledge and enhance their techniques.
R.B. Russell Vocational School’s Level 1 accredited Culinary Arts adult program is accepting applications for the February program 2024.
