The WRENCH is a non-profit organization that offers a range of hands-on courses designed to empower cyclists of all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, they have something for everyone. Their courses include bike repair workshops,

The ASL program is a 24-workshop series that provides high school-aged participants with well-rounded bicycle mechanic training and employment skills. Participants learn everything from fundamental to advanced bicycle mechanics, frame painting and frame prep, and some road riding skills. In the process, participants build up two bicycles from scratch and get to keep one for themselves. This program is free for registered high school students throughout Winnipeg. A meal is provided and bus tickets can be covered by the program if needed.
