Are you a teen who wants to stay fit and have fun this summer? You can do that for free at GoodLife Fitness!
GoodLife Fitness is offering a free Teen Fitness program for youth aged 12 to 17 from July 5 to September 4, 2023. You can access over 200 clubs across Canada and online content that you can stream from anywhere.
You can choose from different workouts and classes, such as:
- Weights
- Cardio
- Zumba
- Yoga
- HIIT
- Body Pump
- Body Combat
- Body Flow
You can also get guidance from GoodLife Fitness experts and watch a virtual orientation video.

To sign up, you need a parent or legal guardian to register you online at teenfitness.ca. You’ll also need them to go with you to the club to finish the registration. You’ll get a key tag that you’ll scan every time you go to the club.
You can work out any time between 8 am and 4 pm, seven days a week, for up to two hours per day. You need to follow some rules and avoid some areas and equipment that are not for teen members. You can find more details on the website.
