Join us for a FREE community event to learn about everything the Downtown Y has to offer.  We will have fun activities planned for everyone to enjoy or you can simply drop-in for a workout and tour the facilities on your own. Be sure to stop by our display case filled with historical artifacts of the Downtown Y over the years.

• Get those feet moving with a variety of carnival games

For the Family

• Breathe, stretch and relax in a 30-minute yoga class designed specifically for the whole family to enjoy
• Engage those muscles in a family-focused Synrgy fitness circuit led by our staff. Perfect for all fitness levels.
• Grab your towel and enjoy the pool during our recreational swim time

• Try out a fitness class with our short sampler series!  Fitness instructors will host a variety of 30 minute fitness classes to help find your favourite!
• Wondering about the fitness equipment we have on hand? Join our Fitness Staff as they lead orientation sessions in our fitness centre
• Enjoy a workout on your own in our fitness centre

For Everyone

• Learn “Swim to Survive” skills in our Y Winnipeg exclusive Come & Go Swim Lessons.  Limited spots, pre-registration required.
• Grab your towel and enjoy the pool during our recreational swim time
• Take a stroll throughout the facility and learn about the variety of services; outside of fitness, that we offer
• Stop by our display of historical artifacts highlighting years past and plans for the future
