Arrive early to join the fun at the block parties starting at 4:00 PM. These parties will feature a variety of activities and treats:
● Manitoba Hydro (Carlton to Edmonton): Enjoy free hot chocolate and cookies, live band performances, lineman demonstrations for kids, outdoor games, and the Christmas Cheerboard on site collecting donations. The Manitoba Hydro gallery will be open to the public for the first time!
● Recycle Everywhere (Hargrave to Carlton): Meet Cindy-Lou Who and the Grinch! Participate in Snow Bottle Bowling, the Snowman Recycling Challenge, or Jolly Jeopardy with a recycling twist. Enjoy free face-painting, loads of giveaways, and more.
● Sport Manitoba | Fit Kids Healthy Kids (Donald to Hargrave): Join Fit Kids Healthy Kids for a street party featuring winter-themed activities that teach fundamental movement skills like jumping, throwing, leaping, and kicking. Kids can get active in a free play zone with awesome equipment and games supervised by staff.
Location: The Winnipeg Santa Claus Parade will wind through the heart of downtown Winnipeg, offering plenty of great viewing spots along the route.
