Families with children aged 6 to 15 are invited to participate in “Summer Fun Fridays” at the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba. These engaging sessions, hosted by the Education Department, offer a unique blend of education and excitement. Participants can look forward to guided tours, interactive lessons, and even mock debates—all designed to foster an understanding of legislative processes.
The venue for these enriching Fridays is none other than the historic Manitoba Legislative Building. From noon until 2:00 PM, families can explore this prestigious location while learning about governance and civic affairs. It’s a fantastic opportunity to combine summer fun with educational experiences.

Cabin Fever: Free Films for Kids! returns this winter with free Sunday screenings at the David Barber Cinematheque. Families can enjoy beloved classics and animated favourites from January 4 to February 22.
