Let's Talk Science at the University of Manitoba will be hosting their annual Spooky Science Event. This fun (and FREE) Halloween event is a great opportunity for children and youth to participate in hands-on/minds-on science activities.

About this event
The event lasts 6 hours, and it offers a variety of activities that are perfect for anyone who enjoys a spooky twist on science. There will be plenty of engaging activities to explore, each designed to offer a fun and educational experience. Costumes are encouraged, and attendees can expect a lively atmosphere with opportunities to learn through play.

A magic show will be part of the fun, starting at 2:30 PM. The morning session runs from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, while the afternoon session follows from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

It’s important to note that each attendee needs a ticket, whether adult or child. For example, a group of two adults and three children would require five tickets in total.

Parking is free on the Fort Garry Campus, except for the parkade and N Lot (see map: link). Suggested parking lots include P Lot, E Lot, and J Lot.

The John A. Russell Building is conveniently circled in red on the campus map, which is attached below.
