In this session, you’ll learn about blood pressure and how you can easily and accurately measure it at home. We will identify common mistakes, and also explore how physical activity impacts your readings. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness or simply take control of your well-being, this session will give you the tools to monitor your blood pressure with confidence!
