Who Should Attend:
Parents with energetic kids looking for a fun workout and a chance to learn something new. It's a fantastic way to channel that energy into a positive and rewarding activity.

● Monday, January 27th:
Constable Edward Finney School, 25 Anglia Avenue, from 6:15–7:00 PM

  • Ages 10 and up: Poomsae only
  • Ages 5–7: Sparring only

● Tuesday, January 28th:
PCCM, 737 Keewatin Street, with sessions for various age groups:

  • 5:00 PM: 3 & 4-year-olds
  • 5:30 PM: 5 & 6-year-olds
  • 6:20 PM: 7 & 8-year-olds
  • 7:30 PM: 10 and up
