Empowerment begins with self-defence! Join us for our Indigenous Women and Girls Self Defence Program and learn invaluable skills to protect yourself and your loved ones.
These free self-defence training sessions will be taking place every Wednesday starting February 14, 2024 from 5:30PM-6:45PM at Dave's Gym in Winnipeg.

About Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council (MASRC):
The Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council (MASRC) is a non-profit organization established in 1988 and incorporated in 1994. Their mission is to empower and build strong and vibrant Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people and communities through physical activity. They serve as “the bridge” between existing partners in the sport and recreation delivery system and Manitoba’s Indigenous community.
