Join us at the Red River Ex on Monday, June 16, 2025, for Heroes’ Day! Frontline heroes — including military personnel, police, paramedics, firefighters, nurses, and teachers — receive free gate admission all day as a token of gratitude. Please bring your professional ID for entry.
Celebrate with live music at the Manitoba Rockin’ Blues & RnB Festival, midway rides, and more. Gates open at 3 PM, and the fun runs until 11 PM. General admission starts at $60 + GST or a Pay-One-Price wristband for unlimited rides. Sorry, no free public hour — this day is reserved to honor our everyday heroes.

The Roblin Park Winter Carnival is expected to return January 19–25, 2026 with a week of family-friendly winter activities, based on programming from past years, with full details still to be officially confirmed.
The Winnipeg Police Museum offers free admission and features artifacts dating back to the late 1800s, vintage vehicles and motorcycles, and stories highlighting the history and service of the Winnipeg Police Service, located at 245 Smith Street and open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
