Skills4Success is a life-changing skills development program for youth ages 15-30 who are eager to work, but just need a little extra support, training and knowledge to be successful. With funding from the Government of Canada's Youth Employment Skills Strategy, youth are paid for 18 weeks to participate in six weeks' classroom training plus 12 weeks' on-the-job training.

Not only do you get paid for six weeks of job skills training, they'll find you a place to work and secure your salary for another 12 weeks. Their case managers will support you and your employer the whole time, giving you every opporutnity to be successful and secure full time employment. Training includes topics like:
