CITY SERVICES
All civic offices are closed on Monday, May 24.
Garbage and recycling will be collected as normally scheduled on May long weekend for Winnipeggers with Monday as their collection day.
All Winnipeg Public Libraries will be closed on Sunday, May 23 and on Monday, May 24.
