Calling all cyclists! Lock up your ride at The Forks’ new Bike Check!

Hey there, bike peeps! The Forks, Winnipeg’s awesome meeting spot, just launched the Bike Check at The Forks, a super chill place to park your wheels. Whether you’re a cycling pro or a weekend cruiser, this new program (partnered with the Winnipeg Trails Association) lets you explore The Forks with peace of mind.

The Bike Check is offered for free or by donation, with proceeds raised going to support Winnipeg Trails programming.  

More than your average bike rack, the Bike Check at The Forks welcomes all rides:

● E-bikes: Charge up and roll worry-free!

● Cargo bikes: Groceries or fam, bring it on!

● Scooters (electric too): Park and enjoy The Forks!

● Unicycles (yep!): We got you covered!

● Rollerblades and skateboards: Stash your gear safely.

● Wheelchairs: Accessible parking for everyone.

Why use the Bike Check at The Forks?

● Be a Green Machine: Support a healthier city by choosing active transportation!

Open Hours:

The Bike Check at The Forks is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11 AM to 10 PM. Bonus! They’re open on summer holiday Mondays (July 1, August 5, September 2) too.

Next time you cycle to The Forks, ditch the stress and use the Bike Check! Lock it up, explore the trails, and soak up the vibes at this historic spot.
