  • City, provincial, and federal offices will be closed.
  • Canada Post will not deliver mail, and post offices are closed, though some in‑store counters inside retail stores might be open.

🚍 Transit & Waste Collection

  • Winnipeg Transit will run on a Sunday schedule.
  • Garbage and recycling pickup will take place as usual for Monday routes.

🚮 Landfill & Depot Hours

  • Brady Road Landfill: 5:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Brady 4R depot: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Pacific and Panet depots: Closed.

📚 Libraries, Pools & Recreation

  • Winnipeg Public Library branches are closed on Sunday and Monday, though online services remain available.
  • Outdoor pools, wading pools, and spray pads are open (weather permitting). All indoor pools, arenas, and leisure centres are closed.
  • Animal Services Agency is closed, but pet licensing can still be renewed online.
