First Fridays @ The Manitoba Museum

CP Holiday Train

The CP Holiday Train is a magical event that spreads holiday cheer and puts on live events at each stop. The event will feature free, half-hour live concerts by Anyway Gang, as well as a train lit up with holiday lights and decorations. Santa Parade Of Lights 2023

Date: December 1
Time: 7 PM – 8 PM
Venue: Eveline Street between Berrisford Avenue and Superior Avenue, Selkirk, MB.

The parade route goes down Eveline starting at Berrisford and ending at Superior. Kids are reminded to bring their letters to Santa as Canada Post will be collecting them along the route. The bridge at Eaton and Eveline will be closed from 6:30pm until the parade ends at approximately 8:30pm, and a parking ban will be in effect on Eveline during the parade.

Breakfast with Santa

Please bring a tin for the bin.

We will hold a pancake breakfast from 9 to 11 AM, pictures with Santa and a small gift for children up to 10 years of age. From 10 AM to 12 PM you will find Hobby Headquarters in the BSI boardroom. Hobby Headquarters is a place for children ages 5 to 12 years to partake in many areas – which may include: crafting, writing, gaming or music.
