Whether you are new to parkour or an experienced athlete\, the event offers opportunities to learn new skills\, complete challenges and connect with the movement community. \nDate: August 23\, 2026\nDoors Open: 11:45 AM\nEvent Time: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM\nLocation: Sage Movement\, 149 De Baets Street\, Winnipeg\nAdmission: Free \nAll participants must check in and have a signed waiver on file before entering the activity areas. \nSkill Workshops and Open Gym\nFree 20-minute skill workshops will begin every hour from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Following each workshop\, participants can explore the gym\, practise their skills\, complete challenges and enjoy free play. \n12:00 PM – Landings and Safety Fundamentals\nLearn how to absorb impact safely and move with confidence. \n1:00 PM – Precisions\, Plyos\, Strides and Running Precisions\nDevelop jumping accuracy\, power and momentum control. \n2:00 PM – Vaults\nLearn obstacle-clearing techniques\, including the safety vault and speed vault. \n3:00 PM – Wall Runs and Tic Tacs\nLearn how to generate power from walls\, gain height and redirect momentum. \nOther activities include open gym access\, an obstacle course running throughout the day\, coach-guided skill stations and complimentary food and drinks while supplies last. \nLive DJs and Open Gym\nLive DJs Krometric\, Unhinged and Hexrema will perform from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The final two hours\, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM\, will be dedicated entirely to open gym activities. \nChallenge Cards\, Giveaways and Prizes\nParticipants can earn Challenge Card points by completing beginner skill challenges\, obstacle-course challenges\, workshop challenges and partner challenges. Each completed challenge must be witnessed and initialled by a coach. Earning more points provides access to higher prize tiers. \n\nThe first 50 attendees will receive a complimentary welcome gift.\nAdditional prize draws will take place throughout the event.\nChallenge Card participants can qualify for premium and grand-prize draws.\nPrize draws and closing activities begin at 6:00 PM.\n\nWho Should Attend?\nThe event welcomes kids\, families\, teens\, adults\, first-time parkour participants and experienced traceurs. No previous experience is required\, and parents are encouraged to participate.
