This free event is open to the public and welcomes all dancers and drum groups, with an honorarium for those who register. With a vibrant vendors market from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the powwow offers a unique opportunity to experience and celebrate Two-Spirit culture in Winnipeg.
