DESCRIPTION:Share This Story\n\n\n\nTeddy Bears’ Picnic Winnipeg 2026\nBring your favourite teddy bear or stuffed animal to Teddy Bears’ Picnic Winnipeg 2026\, happening Sunday\, September 27\, 2026\, at Assiniboine Park. \nThe 37th annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic\, presented by Johnston Group and hosted by the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba\, is a beloved Winnipeg tradition featuring a full day of free family-friendly activities\, entertainment and educational experiences. \nFamilies can join Dr. Goodbear for a fun and educational day designed to help children become more comfortable with hospitals\, medical care and health research. \nOne of the highlights is the popular Dr. Goodbear Clinic\, where children can bring their teddy bears and stuffed animals for a pretend hospital visit. Frontline staff from HSC Children’s Hospital help teddy bear patients go through different medical tests and treatments\, including MRIs\, X-rays and casting. \nKids can also visit the I Want to be a Scientist activity tent from the Children’s Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba. The tent features fun\, science-based activities that show children how science is used in medical settings. \nThroughout the day\, families can explore a variety of interactive and educational activity tents\, along with entertainment and other family-friendly activities. \nFamilies can also start their morning with the Teddy Bears’ Pancake Breakfast by IHOP\, running from 9 AM to 12 PM.
