DESCRIPTION:Share This Story\n\nFree Entry to Manitoba Provincial Parks – Labour Day Weekend 2026\nEnjoy one of the last long weekends of summer outdoors with free entry to Manitoba provincial parks from September 4–7\, 2026. \nDuring the Labour Day long weekend\, provincial park vehicle permits are not required\, giving Manitobans an affordable opportunity to explore the province’s parks\, beaches\, hiking trails and natural areas. \nFrom Friday\, September 4 through Monday\, September 7\, 2026\, visitors can enter Manitoba provincial parks without purchasing or displaying a provincial park vehicle permit. \nSpend the day hiking\, paddling\, relaxing at the beach\, having a picnic or exploring Manitoba’s natural landscapes with family and friends. \nThings to Do in Manitoba Provincial Parks\n\nFree vehicle entry to Manitoba provincial parks\nHiking and nature trails\nBeaches and swimming\nCanoeing and paddling\nPicnicking and day-use areas\nWildlife and nature viewing\nFree guided hikes and interpretive programs\nFamily-friendly outdoor activities\n\nInterpretive programming varies by park and may include guided hikes\, campfire talks and other activities highlighting Manitoba’s natural landscapes\, history and cultural heritage. \nCamping Fees Still Apply\nWhile park vehicle entry is free September 4–7\, regular overnight camping fees still apply.
