The Winnipeg Scottish Festival Committee is proud to celebrate our Scottish Heritage in Manitoba for over 20 years.

The festival highlights the best bagpipers and drummers competing in solo events in the morning and each year pipe bands play throughout the afternoon. Musicians come from all over the Prairies as well as BC, Ontario, Minnesota and North Dakota.

Be sure to wear your own tartan if you have it, or maybe you’ll find what you’re looking for from one of the vendors.

Come out all day or for just a wee listen. This is a true spectacle!

Please take a moment to visit our vendors and our cultural display. We appreciate the support of many individuals and businesses who have contributed trophies, prizes, and silent auction items.

It would not be possible to hold a contest of this size without the support of our many volunteers – thank you for all you do to make our event great!

Learn more about the Organization and Committee here.

This year we will not be hosting a Ceilidh after the event but are in the process of organizing a new event for the Friday evening. Please watch for further updates on this event.
