Winnipeg March for Mental Health

A 1.4km walk around the Legislative grounds to advocate and bring awareness to mental illness and wellness in our city. Come enjoy music, amazing speakers, children’s entertainment, the March, and MORE! Raising funds to provide free support for youth and families, right here in Winnipeg.
**What does the event support?**
The Winnipeg March for Mental Health intends to raise public awareness of how common mental illness is, to normalize and validate the experiences of those people who live with mental differences or challenges, and to underscore the truth that no one is defined by their mental illness.
12:30 Registration begins
1:00 March Kick Off
1:30-2:30 Learning Sessions with Sara Usman & LUV U, music by DJ Wanda G, zumba, children’s entertainment, mental health resource fair.
2:30 Zumba warm-up with Johnathan Kopchuk
Registrants: $30 for adults, groups of 5 are $100 or 10 are $150.
Anyone can attend the event at no cost.
