Winkler Harvest Festival 2026: Free Admission and Family Fun
The Winkler Harvest Festival returns to the Winkler Fairgrounds from August 7–9, 2026, for three days of live entertainment, carnival attractions, local food and community celebrations in Southern Manitoba. General admission to the festival is free, making it an affordable summer outing for families and visitors of all ages.
Food, beverages, merchandise, Wonder Shows rides and certain attractions cost extra.

Free Festival Entertainment and Activities
Visitors can enjoy scheduled Main Stage entertainment, the Kids’ Zone, the annual Harvest Festival Parade, a car show and other community activities without paying a festival admission fee.
The 2026 Harvest Festival Parade takes place on Saturday, August 8 at 10:00 AM. Spectators can bring lawn chairs and watch decorated floats, community organizations and performers travel along the parade route.
Wonder Shows Midway
Wonder Shows brings rides, carnival games and classic midway excitement to the 2026 Winkler Harvest Festival. Entry to the midway area is included with free festival admission, but ride wristbands, coupons and carnival games must be purchased separately.
Midway hours:
- Friday, August 7: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Saturday, August 8: 12:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Sunday, August 9: 12:00 PM–11:00 PM
Ride wristbands:
- $40 when paying by cash
- $42 when paying by debit or credit card

Food Vendors and Festival Treats
The festival features a large selection of food trucks and vendors serving burgers, poutine, pizza, barbecue, Mexican and Filipino dishes, mini doughnuts, cold drinks and other festival favourites. Vegan and gluten-free options are available from select vendors.
Food and beverages are not included with free festival admission.
Fawn & Cub Market and Festival Vendors
Visitors can browse the Fawn & Cub Market and festival vendor area for products from participating makers, businesses and community organizations. Purchases are optional, so guests can explore the market without paying an admission fee.
Heritage Farms Beer Gardens
Adults can relax in the Heritage Farms Beer Gardens, featuring additional scheduled entertainment throughout the weekend. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased separately, and age restrictions apply.
