Recommended for adults and youth ages 8+\, this interpretive experience teaches the proper techniques for building a safe snow quinzhee and explains why Indigenous peoples favoured quinzhees over igloos on the prairies. \n\n\nHands-On Learning & Bannock Over the Fire\nWhile the quinzhee rests\, participants will enjoy making bannock and cooking it over a fire.
