Happiness Through Meditation

In this free class (donations appreciated but not expected), we go through a short mindfulness meditation.
After that we will discuss many different things. Such as what meditation offers, obstacles we face, the nature of mind, where negativity comes from and how to overcome it. And how to cultivate our appreciation, gratitude, love and compassion.
We finish with a second meditation and there will be time for some questions!
