Happiness Through Meditation @ Karma Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Monday, repeating until July 2, 2018
This is a free meditation class (donations appreciated). We’ll begin with some instruction for anyone who’s new, then do a short guided mindfulness meditation.
After that we will discuss the mind, emotions, negative and positive thinking, and many ways in which to overcome anger, jealousy, disappointment, fear and so on.
We’ll finish with a second meditation and there will be time for a discussion!
