These FREE ONLINE, beginner level exercise classes are facilitated by Good Food Club Member, and Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor, Kayla Chafe.
The exercises are specifically geared toward seniors, and people with mobility limitations, although everyone is welcome to attend.
Exercises are gentle and can take place seated in a chair if need be – participants will not have to get down on the floor if unable.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.
