Free Seminar: Health and Performance in the Gym

If you have ever had pain associated with exercises in the gym, check out this seminar at Movement FP with Blair Dinsdale, MPT at NRG.

We are going to cover common training errors and injuries, how you can improve your lifts, and how you can prevent the occurrence or re-occurrence of injuries at the gym. Blood Flow restriction training and it’s benefits for those who have been injured but wan’t to maintain there muscle mass will also be discussed.

There will be a heavy emphasis on squat, dead lift, and bench lifting technique and performance and how you can help optimize your hip, back and shoulder health to allow you to lift pain free.
