TUESDAY FEBUARY 13 IS ‘WEAR RED CANADA’ DAY.

Wear red to help raise women’s heart health awareness, and then come to the Free Mega Heart Event on Sunday, February 25, 11 AM to 3 PM at Dakota Community Centre Fieldhouse.

Indoor Walk.

11:00am to 2:00pm

Bring the family, bring your clean indoor footwear and walk for 2km or 5km. Strollers, wheelchairs are all welcome as long as the wheels are wiped clean.

Stamp your card for added incentive – receive a raffle ticket once completed.

Try Zumba.

A fantastic fun way to get your heart happy is through this 30 minute introductory ZUMBA class! Open to all ages. Remember to bring clean indoor runners.

Join us for an hour of multiple speakers. Presentations will include persons with lived experience and experts … who will also be taking questions. This will be a great opportunity to learn.
