Free Aviation Education Classes: For Beginners and Experienced

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Sunday, repeating until June 3, 2018

NOTE – NO CLASS April 15th – Classes resume April 22nd = Curious about what you need to learn to work in the aviation industry as pilots/air traffic controllers/aircraft maintenance engineers/flight attendants/other careers? Experienced aviators keen to get current and brush up on related topics?

Every Sunday night at 7 pm the Manitoba 99s present free aviation related classes, women and men of all ages are welcome to attend, drop in to one or two or attend them all. Participants also have the opportunity to book the Redbird flight simulator for free time to practice procedures – with an experienced pilot as your Mentor! Meet people working in the industry including Jim Bell, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for Air Canada, Rick Walls Meteorologist; Anne Aguirre Records Manager for Perimeter; Sayge Tremblay Air Cadet Glider and Power PIlot, to name a few of the instructors.

Anne Aguirre (Perimeter) is the Captain of the Manitoba 99s Aviation Education Series and manages the Sunday night aviation classes and Thursday night IFR classes.
