BioBlitz @ Assiniboine Park
Saturday, June 3 @ 10:00 am 1:00 pm
Check in at Cargo Bar, located beside the Riley Family Duck Pond

What is a BioBlitz?

Its an event where citizen scientists (thats you!) focus on finding and identifying species in a specific area. Participants will explore the Park and document observations of plants and animals using the iNaturalist app.

Knowledgeable experts will lead walks throughout the day to help guide you to discovering various species.

How You Can Participate

Participants will need to bring a phone with a camera, with the free iNaturalist app downloaded.

No experience necessary, we will guide you through the experience every step of the way. Kids are welcome with adult supervision.
